ReeceNichols Real Estate has a new and exciting opportunity for an Training Administrator in our Leawood, KS office! We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and thrives on working in a team environment. This position administers, organizes and conducts company training programs on company forms, processes, marketing services and technology applications for agents, managers, and employees.

Job Duties:

Provide First-Line Support : Serve as the initial point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues from employees and/or real estate agents via phone and/or email. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate solutions or escalate problems as needed.
Troubleshoot Technical Problems : Thoroughly research software issues related to company proprietary technology tools to ensure seamless workflow.
User Training and Documentation : Offer guidance and training to agents and/or employees on the proper use of company proprietary technology tools and resources. Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation and knowledge base articles for common procedures and issues.
Maintain Positive and Collaborative Environment : Foster a culture of positivity, cooperation, and teamwork within the workplace by cultivating an atmosphere where all team members feel valued, respected, and supported. Encourage open communication, active listening, and constructive feedback among colleagues to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Special Projects : Collaborate with internal team, home office departments, and/or external users to complete miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Knowledge & Skills:

Proven experience in a customer support role
Strong knowledge of basic computing operations
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Admin Center
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the below items preferred but not required:
MLS systems (Matrix, Paragon, Flex)
Canva
Basic CRM databases
iOS and Android basic operations
Windows and Mac basic operations
