Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will be responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. The Administrative Assistant will also provide support to executives to include calendar integrity, handling phone calls, arranging travel, filing expense reports, and other similar duties. Additional duties included but are not limited to: providing general office support, ensuring supplies are stocked, break room is cleaned/ready, coordinate building cleaning services, making coffee, ordering & setting out food for meetings and other facilities-related activities.

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of solid administrative experience in an office setting;
  • Prior experience with government contracting (preferred);
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, networking, and presentation skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Some marketing experience is a plus;
  • US citizenship is required;
