Position Summary

This person will be responsible for assisting with SAP operations, particularly in creating and managing deliveries using integrated software within the SAP system. A good understanding of essential SAP functions is required to ensure efficient workflows. The role also entails providing technical support for SAP-related issues, facilitating timely problem resolution or necessary escalations. Collaboration with team members to ensure the timely completion of SAP tasks, strict adherence to data management protocols, and the documentation of processes are also critical. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to maintain accurate operational records and develop updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for end-users, thereby enhancing system usability and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding high data and process standards in a dynamic environment.

Key Qualifications

degree or equivalent in a relevant course of study
education or training in SAP is preferred
years of experience working in SAP modules
years of experience with SAP user interfaces and navigation.
