As the Clinical Compliance Manager, you will ensure ethical and efficient clinic operations while safeguarding patient confidentiality and care quality. Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to mitigate risks, fostering a culture of compliance, conducting audits and investigations, providing compliance training, and serving as a liaison with regulatory agencies. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success and reputation for excellence in patient care.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration, and/or legal studies, required.
Masters, preferred.
5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance within medical practices, required.
Certification in healthcare compliance, required.
Current understanding of healthcare laws and regulations: HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, Anti-Kickback statute and Stark Law.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence staff at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in using compliance software, tracking tools and report creation, required.
