The Clinician (Licensed or Unlicensed) provides mental health support services to members served and their families in our community-based programs. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.

Hours:
Full Time; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm OR 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday – Friday

Salary plus a $10,000K Sign-On Bonus:
The expected starting wage range is $82,887.48 - $102,369.54. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements):
· A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field
· Valid and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences: Must have LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, & LCP or ASW, AMFT, & APCC accepted
***Unlicensed candidates can work as an associate as they earn hours to complete supervision hours with Telecare before getting licensed with our support***
· Minimum one (1) year of direct service experience working with mentally ill individuals.
· Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
· Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients in the community to appointments, groups or picking them up from hospitals, shelters and transporting to a stable home environment throughout the Santa Clara County area.

Services will help clients in acute psychiatric distress avoid inpatient hospitalization, emergency services, and incarceration; regain their stability in a safe, homelike environment; begin working toward longer-term recovery goals; and establish linkages with stable housing and ongoing treatment.
